Typical symptoms: lack of decisiveness as business leaders, decision-making ability and motivation, resulting in the development direction of mobile and not defined, some cautious, about the outcome, while others are not thinking into the status quo. Some business managers too much emphasis on "only I am familiar with and good at things", dampening the development of thinking and hands, these companies often overlook the actual needs of the market and customers, new market opportunities, to take overly conservative strategy, not breakthroughs, for new growth initiative to create new opportunities, leading the company always has been very crowded in the old industrial areas to development, the loss of many emerging areas of opportunities for development.
